Measuring distance using formal units of measurement- Metres, centimetre and even down to mm in some cases
In order to re-visit and consolidate all that we have learnt about measuring length and distances, some clever little person in grade 3 decided that we could scrunch up medium sized scrap paper and flick their paper ball, with out fingers to see who could get their paper ball the furtherest.
